Pet Policy

Newport Village is a pet-friendly apartment community and welcomes your pets! We take pride in our lush community grounds, situated just minutes from beautiful Newport Beach where your pets can run and play. Our policy includes a pet interview, where all pets must be approved by our management team. 

  • Pet Policy Type: Cat, Dog 

  • Max Number of Pets: 2 per apartment

  • Pet monthly rent max: $50/month per pet

  • Non-Refundable Fee: n/a

  • Refundable Deposit: $500 per pet

  • Notes re: breed and/or weight restrictions. All pets must meet onsite management per approval to determine if they are too aggressive.
